Paradise is a first-person horror game created in an one-week Gamejam.
Stuck in a deserted, endless office, you have to find a way to escape. However, the rooms seem to live on their own life and change constantly.

Level Design & Set dressing

  • Level concepting & greyboxing

  • Set dressing, lighting

Creating emotions through architecture

This long hallway creates the impression that the walls are moving closer to you (see video). However, this is not the case: The walls are all not parallel, but slightly rotated (see picture) to create this illusion.
Player’s reaction were unease, shock and disbelief.
